Stefan Sadnicki joined Copperleaf in 2014 as the first employee situated in Europe. Since then, he has been responsible for developing Copperleaf's operations and expanding the team across EMEA, delivering exceptional value and providing extraordinary experiences to a growing number of clients. More recently, Stefan has taken on sales leadership across EMEA and APJ.
Stefan is an active member of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) through Copperleaf’s role as an IAM Patron. He supported the development of Subject Specific Guidance (SSG) on Criticality and Risk Management; he has achieved the Asset Management Diploma with distinction; and recently qualified as an Asset Management Professional (AMP).
Prior to Copperleaf, he worked for Capgemini Consulting in the UK, helping organizations in energy, water and transportation sectors drive greater value through the use of analytical techniques such as optimization, simulation, statistical analysis, and forecasting. Stefan graduated from Oxford University with a first-class degree in Mathematics and a MSc. with distinction in Computer Science. He also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Operational Research.
While the sun rarely sets across EMEA and APJ, it is ever-present in Malaga where he lives with his family. He relaxes around the BBQ with family and friends and plays football, swims and hikes with his two boys.
