Copperleaf Joins United Nations Global Compact Network India
Vancouver, BC, August 15, 2023—Copperleaf® Technologies Inc. (TSX:CPLF) (“Copperleaf” or the “Company”) has joined the United Nations Global Compact Network India (UN GCNI). The UN GCNI is a country-level initiative that calls on companies to act in accordance with the UN Sustainable Developmental Goals (SDGs), to advance broader social benefits, and conduct business responsibly by aligning operations and strategies with the UN’s Ten Principles.
Copperleaf first announced its pledge to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) globally in November 2022, joining over 12,000 companies from 160 countries. The Company has since published its first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report, outlining its ESG governance structure, impact, initiatives, and objectives.
