Copperleaf Named One of British Columbia’s Top Employers for Fourth Consecutive Year

Vancouver, BC, February 14, 2023—Copperleaf®, a global leader in decision analytics solutions, has been named one of BC’s Top Employers for the fourth consecutive year by Mediacorp Canada Inc., organizers of the annual Canada’s Top 100 Employers project. This designation recognizes employers in British Columbia with exceptional human resources programs and forward-thinking workplace policies.

According to Mediacorp, flexibility and self-care are recurring themes among this year’s winners, reflecting a growing recognition by progressive employers that their policies must ensure employees are better able to balance work and personal commitments, and allow time to rest and recharge after a long pandemic. Copperleaf was selected for its comprehensive employee benefits, including an annual work-from-home expense benefit, a 5% non-matching employer RRSP contribution program, referral bonuses of up to $2,500, stock options, performance bonuses, parental leave options, an annual health and wellness allowance, professional development benefits, mentorship programs, and a competitive vacation package.

“We’re proud to be selected as one of BC’s Top Employers for the fourth year in a row,” said Paul Sakrzewski, Copperleaf CEO. “At Copperleaf, we know that our people are the foundation underpinning our continued success. Thoughtful investment in our people and doing all we can to provide an inclusive and supportive work environment are extremely important to us.”

“This recognition is a real team achievement and demonstrates that we are focusing on the right initiatives for our people,” added Linda Lupini, Copperleaf Global VP, Employee Experience. “In the spirit of our culture, which encourages us to always improve, we will continue to strive to provide our employees with rewarding opportunities and a great workplace environment.”

“This year’s winners are exploring ways of recognizing employees that go beyond compensation in meaningful ways,” adds Kristina Leung, managing editor of the project. “Providing additional time off as a bonus, for example, is invaluable for someone who wants to spend more time with their family. Helping employees fulfill lifelong dreams or celebrating milestones like a marriage or the birth of a child demonstrate that an employer is committed to an employee’s success both at work and at home.”
