Our session: Asset Investment Planning — From decision to operational effect
Many organizations are skilled at prioritizing projects and allocating capital. Yet investment plans and day-to-day operations often run in parallel, never fully connected — and value is lost in the gap between them.
In this session, we show how integrating Copperleaf with IFS EAM closes that gap. When strategic investment planning connects directly to maintenance plans, work orders, and operational follow-through, organizations can prioritize based on actual asset condition and risk, measure investment outcomes in availability and lifecycle cost, and build a traceable chain from capital plan to operational delivery.
