Phil joined Copperleaf as Vice President, Sales and Business Development in 2009, and is now the Global VP Sales and Business Development. An electrical engineer and sales professional, he brings more than 15 years of experience in sales, business development, product management, project management, product development, and system design to the team.
Phil's client base to date has included government, military, commercial wireless infrastructure manufacturers, venture-funded factories in Asia, and a range of both commercial and residential clients for energy management and automation systems. Most recently, he has been a partner in a custom electronics design and integration firm, and a commercial lighting and control products company. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Spectrum Signal Processing, ultimately attaining the role of Vice President, Sales and Business Development.
Phil earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and has been recognized throughout his career as an innovative thinker who puts his clients first. Phil lives in Coquitlam, BC where he enjoys outdoor adventures with his family.
