Judi is Vice-Chair of Copperleaf’s board of directors and a member of the board of directors of Pason Systems Inc. (TSX: PSI). She has also been a board member of several other technology companies, including Neurio Technology and Bycast, until their successful exits.
As Copperleaf’s Chief Strategist, Judi is focused on creating innovative business and product strategies to expand Copperleaf’s leadership position in the growing market for decision analytics.
Judi was the CEO of Copperleaf from 2009 to 2022. Under her leadership, Copperleaf was named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies, and winner of Canada’s Most Admired™ Corporate Cultures and the BC Technology Association's Tech Culture of the Year. In 2021, she led the successful completion of Copperleaf’s IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange, raising C$161 million to fund the company’s growth strategy.
In 1995, Judi joined Creo Inc. to lead the software business, and held the position of President from 2002 to 2005, until Kodak purchased Creo for over C$1 billion in May 2005.
Judi was the YWCA’s 2022 Women of Distinction Awards Event Chair and has been recognized for being an outstanding leader and visionary through numerous awards, including Canada’s Most Admired CEOs, EY Entrepreneur of the Year National Winner, 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada, BC Tech Person of the Year, and BC CEO of the Year. She was a member of the Premier’s Technology Council for many years. She holds an Honors Bachelor of Mathematics Degree with Distinction - Dean’s Honors List from the University of Waterloo and is an avid downhill skier.
