Webinar: Introduction to Asset Management — What to Know Before Diving In
Asset management is still a fast-evolving discipline, which makes it difficult for newcomers to identify where to start and what truly matters. This webinar uses four key concepts of asset management (Alignment, Value, Leadership and Assurance) to illustrate the most current thinking, and how to embark on the journey.
In this webinar, we:
- evaluate and compare the traditional “bottom-up” method with the increasingly popular “top-down” method
- examine the growing recognition that asset management is a discipline that affects all areas of an organization
- share best practices and success stories to help guide you on your asset management journey
