Paul joined Copperleaf in 2018 as the Managing Director of Copperleaf’s Asia Pacific and Japan region, where he was instrumental in establishing and growing the business and team in the region. In May 2022, Paul took on the role of President, leading Copperleaf’s growing global go-to-market team, product development, marketing, technology experience, and regional businesses in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ).
In January 2023, Paul moved into the CEO role. Prior to Copperleaf, Paul held regional and global executive positions at blue-chip multinational companies such as SAP, the Linde Group, Ingram Micro, and Goodman Fielder.
Paul is based in Vancouver and has lived and worked in Australia, Japan, Singapore, China, and the UAE. Paul graduated from the University of Queensland in Australia and Jochi University in Tokyo, Japan with an undergraduate degree in Japanese and Chinese Studies. He has also undertaken studies at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Paul is an avid sailor, enjoys playing golf with his wife Claudia, and since moving to Vancouver, is working on converting his kids Otto and Mia from surfing to skiing.
