CIM provides the ability to automatically model an asset’s probability of failure (PoF) and consequence of failure (CoF) to determine the overall risk profile of your organization’s assets. JANA’s risk models provide deep insight into the primary risk drivers by asset type, enabling you to identify and track risks, and predict how they will change over time. The models are quick and easy to implement, and tailored to the unique nature of your assets and available asset data.

Continuously improve performance

CIM integrates seamlessly with EAM, ERP, GIS and a variety of other systems, providing a consolidated repository of asset information. DIMP- and TIMP-compliant reports can be generated quickly and easily, including the Baseline System Risk Report shown at right. With CIM, you can also track and compare actual performance against prior plans. Variances can easily be identified and measured so that users may take corrective action by adapting JANA’s embedded risk models, and making adjustments to the forward-looking plan to achieve optimal results. This leads to a continuous planning methodology where performance of the plan is continually managed to maximize value to your organization. Problems and variances can be identified early on, so that corrective actions can be implemented.

Create a risk-informed integrity management strategy

The CIM solution identifies candidate mitigations based on the ranked risks of your asset base, and allows you to analyze the impact of different funding strategies and timing on asset risk. CIM enables you to clearly understand the impact of changing the timing of risk mitigation investments, so that you can make risk-informed integrity management decisions and do the right projects at the right time. Integration with Esri GIS mapping software makes it easy to visualize asset data geospatially for more informed decision making.
