Cloud Support Analyst, APJ 

Location: Australia / New Zealand (Remote Working)

Our Cloud Operations Team, a crucial component of our Software as a Service (SaaS) offering, also delivers Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) to Copperleaf and we are expanding. Our commitment is to the reliability and uptime of our services, and we consistently aim to support and improve processes. We are currently seeking an entry-level cloud analyst to contribute to these services and assist in enhancing the operational aspects of each service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the client SaaS hosting services, internal cloud services, and other services as needed run to SLA.
  • Supporting and deploying cloud solutions to maintain Copperleaf’s Amazon AWS hosted services.
  • Performing infrastructure health monitoring and reporting.
  • Troubleshooting production infrastructure, load issues, and implementing solutions.
  • Learning and understanding best practice procedures for deployment of infrastructure.
  • Documenting and identifying failure modes related to hosted solutions.
  • Participating in on-call rotations as part of the team.

Desired Background

Knowledge of cloud technologies and solutions focused on the operations of those solutions and maintaining infrastructure. Ideal candidates should have:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience working on IT operations team(s) with a focus on cloud technologies, scripting of solutions to manage system automation and cloud infrastructure reliability.
  • Experience operating high availability, complex customer-facing systems at scale in a 24x7 environment.
  • Experience managing control plane and operations tooling.
  • Understanding of higher-level languages (e.g., Python, Java, NodeJS).
  • Familiarity with both server and container-based architectures.
  • Experience parsing application and/or system logs to identify root cause and provide/suggest solutions or workarounds.
  • Experience with both Linux, Windows systems, and networking fundamentals.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in configuration and maintenance of applications such as web servers, load balancers, Oracle databases, and cloud environments.
  • 1-2 years’ experience learning software, frameworks, and APIs.
  • Understanding of the requirements of system maintenance, patching, and deployment.
  • Experience with Certificate and Secret Management related to security protocols.

Senior Solution Consultant – Technical Sales (Europe)

 As the European team continues to expand, we’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our Technical Sales team. We require someone who is passionate about the technical and solution aspects of selling software and motivated by the opportunity to be part of Copperleaf’s continued growth across the UK and Ireland. 

 

Location: Your role will be based between your home and clients across geographies, you can expect to be on the road around 20-40% of the time visiting clients (travel restrictions allowing). Your schedule and home location are flexible – balance your time to suit you! 

 You will become the technical/presales lead for named opportunities working as part of a successful presales and sales team across EMEA. This is a dynamic and fast paced environment with lots of opportunity for success and personal development.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Technical Expertise

Software Developer – Value Frameworks, EMEA

This position is on our Value Frameworks EMEA team, working on a unique software component which provides statistical models of benefits, risks, and costs for customers, providing them with the information required to make the best possible decisions. 

You will be joining a cross-functional Agile team of bright, passionate and supportive individuals who are proud of the solutions they build. The team works closely with our client-facing implementation consultants to translate our clients’ requirements into value frameworks. Outside of just coding it requires someone who is interested in understanding how the software we build affects our clients, so we can create models that reflect realistic scenarios they encounter.  

About you:  

You are a Software Developer with experience in one or more or the following: 

  • C# or a similar object-oriented language
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
  • Unit test frameworks and automated integration testing 
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle.
  • Knowledge of development methodologies and releases lifecycle. Familiarity with Agile development

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a proactive Support Analyst who enjoys the challenges of handling client support in complex IT and business environments, writing support documentation, and leading training sessions. As part of our L2/L3 Support team, you’ll develop expertise with our own product and cloud set-up to help respond to client queries and resolve support issues.

As the ideal candidate, you are curious, understands the big picture, and can see how the business and IT pieces fit together. You’re comfortable troubleshooting challenging situations where the problem is poorly defined, and for which there are no existing knowledge base articles or procedures. You’re open to handling varied support requests from both clients and internal users and be the go-to team member for solving technical problems.

Being situated in the Eastern Time Zone, you’ll enhance our ability to respond more effectively to clients in this time zone.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to client queries and managing support requests on a timely basis

The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000 to $90,000 annually. The base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on skills, experience, and internal equity. We’re looking for a dedicated Regional Employee Experience Manager (EMEA) to lead strategic Employee Experience initiatives in our rapidly expanding EMEA region.

The EMEA team currently consists of approximately 70 employees across the United Kingdom Spain, Italy, France, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Poland and the UAE.

As a Regional Employee Experience Manager (EMEA), you will play a pivotal role in aligning Employee Experience practices with business objectives across the EMEA region. You'll collaborate closely with senior management, providing strategic guidance and operational support to drive organizational success. Your expertise in HR processes, labor law, and change management will be critical in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement.

The Regional Employee Experience Manager (EMEA) will report directly to the Global VP, Employee Experience while working closely with EMEA business leaders and with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Managing Director of the EMEA Region.

Responsibilities: 

With the support of a wider global HR team, you’ll be responsible for leading Employee Experience activities in Europe and the Middle, your role will include some of the following aspects:

Business Partnership and Influence:

  • Build strong relationships with EMEA region with leaders and broadly, all employees.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of the region and the individual countries that make up the region.

We’re looking for a Partner Ecosystem Director who will build out and manage our global strategic partner ecosystem with select SIs (system integration and consulting organizations) and ISVs (independent software vendors) to unlock new revenue streams.  

For the initial 12-24 months, you'll be the interim EMEA Partner Manager to build EMEA specific pipeline and support the successful close of existing opportunities with the regional sales teams and partners. This experience will be extremely valuable when you transfer fully in the Partnership Ecosystem Director role.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Champion and execute the global strategic partner strategy by laying out the vision of the Copperleaf partner program and making it real in phases with tangible business results 
  • You will leverage past experience to deliver an effective partner program across all regions and focus industries, including resolving any channel conflicts, incentive structures and tiered models 
  • Build and achieve partner business plans by collaborating closely with regional go-to-market teams 
  • Drive pipeline of partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to facilitate the joint-selling of our products  
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to expand advocacy and network connections within partner organizations such as systems integrators, channel partners, technology alliances, and consultancies.   
  • Build programmatic enablement into the strategic partner organizations in all regions and focus industries including planning and executing programs and campaigns to drive outsized mindshare and increasing Copperleaf training and certification  
  • Collaborate closely with internal regional go-to-market leaders to execute enablement activities and campaigns to drive pipeline and remove obstacles for key partner deals  
  • Work with partners and internal teams to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns and programs to enhance Copperleaf brand awareness

  • Ideally, you have 8+ years of experience in a partner management role

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility is to create exceptional value for our clients, partners and shareholders through excellence in the delivery of professional service engagements to our clients in the APJ region.

The Director, Client Experience will also be required to occasionally take direct, hands-on responsibility for key projects and to contribute as a principal consultant. This is anticipated to be less than 20% of the total workload for this role. Primarily, this role will achieve success through the development, mentoring and deployment of CX team members.  Delegation of workload to achieve scalable systems and processes will be key to success.

Specifically:

  • Ensure that 100% of regional projects are successfully delivered to clients
  • Ensure that we capture value for the work we undertake with clients, and maintain great working relationships with our clients
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, prioritizing, coordinating, delivering, billing and transitioning our APJ clients to support
  • Work with practice leads to co-ordinate resourcing and utilization across practice areas

  • Work with the Managing Director, APJ and Global VP, Client Experience to develop an APJ CX staffing plan to meet forecast client needs
  • Assign resources to support various pre-sales activities as requested to deliver on Copperleaf’s overall goals
  • Understand and practice the Copperleaf culture and model the culture for team members, partners and clients
  • Responsible for 360 reviews of all direct reports
  • Responsible to provide timely feedback to team members to help increase their performance and personal satisfaction
  • Regularly communicate client updates to the regional and global management teams. Deliver timely reports of team activities

Qualifications

The successful candidate must:

  • Work well in a team environment
