GIVING BACK

Giving back to our local communities is an inherent part our culture

Giving back by delivering random acts of delight

At Copperleaf®, giving back to our local communities is an inherent part of our culture. The Copperleaf Random Acts of Delight (RAD) initiative allows our people to get involved and support causes close to our hearts. Our employees suggest activities, then we form a team with those who feel strongly about the charity in focus. It’s a fun way for us to support the things that matter to all of us, give back to our local communities, and motivate people to get involved.

Making an impact with pro bono work

As part of our commitment to help create positive change in the world, we look for opportunities to share our expertise with non-profit organizations and collaborate on pro bono work.

Copperleaf worked with the Operational Research Society and Friends of Lucy’s Mill Bridge CIC on an accessibility project for Lucy’s Mill Bridge, a historic footbridge that serves as an important link to the town centre for residents and tourists of Stratford, England.

Supporting Ukraine

In response to the conflict in Ukraine, our team fundraised for the Canadian Red Cross, which is providing immediate and ongoing relief for people impacted by the war. We hosted a raffle in support of the fundraiser featuring prizes generously donated by Copperleafers around the world.

I can’t express my gratitude enough. It’s very nice to not feel the pressure of being financially depleted in January, it’s always the hardest month to get through.
